Encore Service Group seeks a Senior Vice President to lead Parking, Valet & Shuttle Operations across its multisite portfolio. The role drives strategic direction, financial performance, client relationships and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has deep industry expertise, proven leadership of large teams, and a track record of growth and service quality while overseeing bidding, contracts, and delivery standards to ensure client satisfaction and organizational success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in self-parking, valet, shuttle, and transportation services sectors.
• Proven forecasting, cashflow, P&L management, bidding, sales, and marketing skills.
• Experience leading large teams across multiple locations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership — Establish and execute enterprise-level operational strategies for alignment, efficiency, and service consistency across divisions.
• Financial Management — Direct P&L oversight, forecasting, cashflow management, and budget administration.
• Sales & Marketing Oversight — Guide development and implementation of sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and client acquisition strategies.
• Bidding & Contract Development — Lead competitive bids, negotiate terms, and secure partnerships.
• Client Satisfaction Governance — Maintain high standards of client service through structured communication and metrics.
• Operational Excellence — Implement advanced systems, workforce management, and tech solutions to boost productivity.
