Job summary

Oak View Group seeks a Parking & Mobility Leader to guide a venue-wide program, drive revenue, and enhance guest experiences. Lead strategic planning, manage vendor relations, and oversee budgeting and reporting while coordinating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 8+ years of professional parking experience.
• Sports, Entertainment and/or Arena Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with venue leadership and stakeholders to determine scope, deliverables, and schedules.
• Review and analyze a venue’s entire parking system including rate structures, utilization data, plans, practices and tech usage.
• Recommend and implement performance improvements related to operations, labor, technology, finance, and risk management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive online event parking sales.
• Design and implement long-term business plans to generate new revenue and improve stakeholder relations.
• Identify opportunities for parking and mobility programs to positively impact guest journey and experience.
• Identify risks and opportunities for growth in parking areas and develop expansion plans.
• Coach and mentor parking staff to maximize profit and guest experience.
