• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen and project management abilities.
• Experience scaling a business from hundreds of millions to multi‑billion assets preferred.
• Exceptional leadership with a process-improvement mindset.

• Partner with ownership to execute the firm’s long-term strategic plan.
• Design scalable operational processes and improve workflows across every department.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members while developing organizational structure.
