Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFP®, or CPA a plus.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, HR, business management, finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations, compliance coordination, finance functions, or a mix of these areas.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a boutique, entrepreneurial environment.
• Familiarity with RIA tech platforms such as Redtail, Salesforce, Orion, Tamarac, Black Diamond, eMoney, or MoneyGuidePro.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the firm's non-advisory operations and ensure smooth, efficient client services.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear operational plans, processes, and accountability systems.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems for growth.
• Oversee and optimize technology platforms (CRM, portfolio management, trading, financial planning).
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Lead client service teams to ensure high-quality client experience.
• Partner with advisors to ensure timely execution of client deliverables (reviews, financial plans, trades).
• Establish standards and processes to improve service quality and responsiveness.
• Support SEC/state regulatory compliance with the CCO or compliance consultant.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, expenses, and vendor contracts.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, profitability, client retention, and performance.
• Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Create scalable infrastructure to support future growth.
