Job summary
GadellNet Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across service delivery, project management, procurement, and cybersecurity. You will convert the CEO's vision into quarterly Rocks and actionable operating plans, guiding the Operations leadership team with accountability and clear metrics.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive operations leadership at a senior level (VP/General Manager) with P&L accountability.
- 5+ years in MSP or recurring-revenue professional services; MSP experience strongly preferred.
- Proven command of labor-cost unit economics, including capacity, utilization, and staffing models.
- Experience running a company on EOS or similar operating system; working with an Integrator is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA or master's preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations across service delivery, project management, procurement, and cybersecurity to rebuild confidence and consistency.
- Translate CEO vision into quarterly Rocks, scorecards, and operating plans for the Operations leadership team.
- Establish KPIs for operational effectiveness, service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
