This executive role oversees the enterprise’s financial and operational health and drives enterprise-wide strategy, organizational alignment, and operational excellence across a complex omnichannel business.

Key responsibilities include partnering with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape and execute long-term business strategy; leading enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and business performance; and driving profitability, inventory optimization, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. The Chief Operating Officer also provides executive oversight of operations, supply chain, sourcing, logistics, planning, and customer operations, while building scalable systems, reporting, and organizational processes to support continued expansion.

The ideal background includes 10+ years of executive leadership experience in consumer products and related fields, with demonstrated success leading both finance and operations within a growing omnichannel organization. Candidates should have strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, inventory planning, margin optimization, and business analytics, as well as experience overseeing global supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics, and the ability to scale organizations in entrepreneurial or founder-led environments. Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, and a passion for premium consumer brands and active lifestyle or outdoor categories is highly preferred.
