For our client, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will play a central role in guiding day-to-day operations while helping shape the firm’s long-term strategic direction. The position requires a hands-on executive who can build scalable processes, strengthen organizational structure, and support continued growth. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, client experience, and post-acquisition integration.

Location: Greenwich, CT - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $208,333 – $250,000 annually

• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members while developing organizational structure
• Lead operational integration for acquisitions and manage technology conversions
• Ensure a consistent, high-touch client experience while tracking service metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience
• Experience scaling a business from approximately $500 million to more than $2 billion in assets preferred
• Strong financial acumen and project management abilities
• Exceptional leadership skills with a process improvement mindset
