Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services seeks a Chief Operating Officer to turn strategic direction into concrete operating plans and drive quarterly progress across a growing regional MSP. You will partner with the Integrator and CEO to align teams, priorities, and execution while building leaders and ensuring accountability.

You will shape day-to-day operations, scale the technical services team across markets, and implement strong governance with measurable KPIs and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Proven operating leadership at senior levels (COO/VP Ops) in fast-growing tech or MSP environments.
• Strong depth in IT services, project delivery, or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with EOS/Traction style operating systems is a plus; comfort with metrics-driven governance.
• Executive presence with ability to lead large teams through growth and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational execution across service delivery, project management, procurement, and cybersecurity.
• Translate the CEO's vision into quarterly Rocks, scorecards, and operating plans for the Operations team.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Own labor economics including capacity, utilization, and staffing models; partner on pricing decisions.
