Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in a large technology company.
• Proven record of scaling a high-growth business or unit with P&L accountability.
• Strong executive presence and trust-building with C-level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up the operating model for Missionforce with scalable systems and processes.
• Establish the operating cadence including planning, reviews, OKRs and alignment.
• Drive accountability across Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, Marketing, and Operations.
