Responsibilities

• Lead four department leads and oversee weekly rhythm and quarterly priorities.
• Drive profit via margin and delivery cost management; decide on which opportunities to accept or decline.
• Direct commercial conversations: client contracts, vendor terms, and redlines.
• Develop leaders and coach senior teammates to become effective operators.
• Make day-to-day decisions with founder and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
