Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote agency serving US clients with a focus on websites and paid/organic programs. As COO you will run the company day to day, overseeing Sales, Recruiting, Delivery, and Marketing, with accountability for the profit number and strategic execution.

You will lead a small executive team, shape the week’s priorities, and drive the commercial conversations, including client contracts and vendor terms.

Qualificações

• Led sales teams to hit quotas as VP of Sales, CRO or sales-led GM.
• Experience selling to digital/marketing/creative agency clients.
• Managed multi-function teams and owned profit outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own four department leads and their numbers, development, and reviews.
• Set weekly rhythm, quarterly priorities, and make trade-offs when needed.
• Drive profitable delivery by measuring margins and hiring costs.
