Today that work sits on the founder's desk, which is the whole reason it is open. You will own four department leads, set the weekly cadence, manage profit margins, and supervise commercial conversations with clients and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Carried a quota and led salespeople as a VP of Sales, CRO or similar.
• Experience in a digital agency or SaaS/professional services.
• Managed multiple functions with hiring and leader performance decisions.
• Proven profit ownership and cost-aware decision making.
• Strong negotiation skills for contracts and stakeholder discussions.

Aufgaben

• Lead four department leads: drives numbers, development, reviews and escalation.
• Own the weekly rhythm, quarterly priorities and trade-offs when schedules clash.
• Own profit metrics: margin on delivery and hiring costs, and deal selections.
• Lead commercial conversations: client contracts, redlines, and vendor terms.
• Develop operators into leaders and make day-to-day decisions alongside the founder.
