Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, finance, commercial leadership or general management.

• Experience in travel, hospitality, cruising or international service business is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop multiyear strategy with the CEO and executive team, translating it into annual initiatives, milestones and financial outcomes.
• Assess guest demand, competitive positioning and markets to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Personally lead CEO-sponsored initiatives from problem definition through implementation with clear ownership and milestones.
• Coordinate executive meetings, planning sessions and ensure follow-through; prepare board briefs and communications.
