Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking a Chief of Staff to work with the ELT, aligning strategic priorities and directing cross-functional initiatives. The role combines strategy, consulting, and implementation to support executive decision-making and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include coordinating board materials, leading high-impact projects, and shaping communications across departments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Chief of Staff, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy or Consulting
• Advanced presentation and Microsoft Suite capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work strategically, efficiently, and collaboratively across departments

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding climate, wellbeing, updates, proposals, and planning
• Defines success metrics and provides structure and organization
• Prepares and manages board meetings with materials in advance and focused objectives
• Assists with company-wide meetings and executive communications
• Collaborates with leadership assistant to track upcoming commitments
• Handles sensitive correspondence for ELT and negotiates where needed
• Contributes to PR and Marketing strategy
• Evaluates inquiries and delegates actions to appropriate owners
• Presents recommendations based on research, statistics, and data analysis
• Takes on special projects aligned with strategic priorities
• Performs financial modeling and strategic analysis for decision-making
