Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, finance, or general management.
• Strong ability to solve problems, synthesize evidence and turn analysis into plans.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO, CFO and leaders to develop multiyear strategy and translate into initiatives and financial outcomes.
• Assess demand, markets, distribution and opportunities to identify profitable growth and risks.
• Lead CEO-sponsored initiatives from definition to implementation with clear ownership and milestones.
• Coordinate executive meetings, track milestones and ensure follow-through.
