Lead AmaWaterways' global Reservations operations across domestic and offshore teams.
Set standards, performance expectations and accountability for reservations activities.
Optimize staffing, workload planning and resource allocation to meet demand.
Drive sales performance, coaching and KPI monitoring to boost conversions.
Ensure exceptional guest and travel advisor experiences across channels.
Partner with Technology to enhance CRM, telephony and reporting tools.
