Qualifications

12+ years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience.
5+ years at the Vice President or senior leadership level.
Experience in travel, cruise, hospitality, luxury, tour operator, or consumer travel.
Proven success developing and executing sales strategies that delivered revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of travel agency distribution and trade partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall sales strategy and revenue growth across channels, territories, accounts, and teams.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic partners and travel advisors.
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams across Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Finance, and Operations.
Develop programs for group, charter, and partner growth, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Represent AmaWaterways at key industry events and ensure sales efforts align with inventory and marketing plans.
Establish KPIs, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and account planning to drive performance.
