Job summary

Brio Water Technology, Inc. seeks a highly organized Chief of Staff / Executive Operations to support a senior executive across business and personal priorities. This hands-on role blends executive support, operational coordination, and project management with discretion and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate thrives with minimal direction, bringing structure to ambiguous situations and managing multiple priorities with execution-focused discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong academic background preferred.
• 5–8+ years in executive support or related roles.
• Experience supporting a senior executive, founder, CEO, or family office is highly desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted operational partner to the executive, managing priorities.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, travel, and changing priorities.
• Prepare executive materials, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Organize information and maintain priority systems for quick understanding of tasks.
• Identify issues early and drive them toward resolution.
