This role will drive the organization’s top priorities, orchestrate executive engagements, and serve as connective tissue across Salesforce to align priorities and accelerate initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in strategy, operations, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, Chief of Staff, or related roles.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information into a clear point of view.
• Outstanding executive storytelling and communication skills for senior executives and customers.
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives and lead through influence across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the EVP on CBS priorities, translating strategy into action and driving focus, accountability and follow-through.
• Own executive briefing excellence for key internal, customer and industry engagements with concise, insight-rich briefings.
• Orchestrate strategic customer engagement with account teams, Marketing, and leaders to shape objectives and narratives.
• Drive excellence across SICs and high-priority events by reviewing agendas, attendees, and content for impact.
• Shape CBS industry narratives by translating market and AI trends into compelling points of view and engagement strategies.
