Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Outstanding executive storytelling and briefing/document development skills.
• Strong customer orientation and understanding of executive priorities.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across a matrixed org.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and prioritization abilities.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the EVP on CBS priorities, translate strategy into action, and drive accountability across leadership.
• Own executive briefing excellence with concise, insight-rich materials and defined asks.
• Orchestrate strategic customer engagements with cross-functional teams to shape objectives.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives and ensure actions move toward resolution.
• Shape CBS industry narratives with Marketing to translate trends into engagement strategies.
• Represent Salesforce in internal meetings, exercising judgment and discretion.
