Salesforce seeks a Chief of Staff to the EVP of the CRO organization to scale priorities, drive execution, and manage executive communications. The role requires influencing without direct authority, deep operational fluency, and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives with tight timelines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of admin experience in a global tech setting, strong executive presence, and proven collaboration across matrixed teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of applicable administrative experience, ideally from a global software or technology organization.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and process.
• Strong collaboration and diplomacy to work across matrixed teams.
• Experience setting up and managing virtual meetings and tools (GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Google Hangouts, etc.).
• Strong relationship management and executive-facing communication.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the EVP of the CRO organization to set, manage, and drive top priorities for the organization.
• Establish strategic relationships with cross-functional partners to address core business needs.
• Prioritize and manage EVP calendar activities and extend EVP bandwidth.
• Brief the EVP for internal and external activities; ensure timely information surfacing.
• Drive business strategy (e.g., V2MOM) and track progress.
• Oversee EVP priorities, liaise with leadership, escalate and delegate as needed.
• Communicate with urgency and discretion to keep leadership aligned.
• Create an operational rhythm for the Office of the EVP.
• Design processes to increase EVP productivity and impact; set structure and focus.
• Lead executive preparation for reviews and planning meetings.
