Salesforce is seeking a Chief of Staff to the EVP of Consumer & Business Services (CBS). This hybrid role requires three in-office days per week and focuses on translating strategy into action, orchestrating executive engagements, and maintaining leadership accountability across priority initiatives.

You will craft briefing materials, shape customer narratives, and collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to accelerate progress and impact at scale.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, Chief of Staff, customer strategy or related roles.
• Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information into a clear POV.
• Outstanding executive storytelling and ability to develop briefing documents and narratives for senior leaders.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to understand account context and priorities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives across a matrix organization.
• Excellent judgment, presence and discretion to elevate or deprioritize tasks.

Mansioni

• Partner with the EVP on CBS priorities, translating strategy into action and driving focus and accountability across the leadership team.
• Own executive briefing excellence, ensuring the EVP is prepared for internal, customer and industry engagements with concise, insight-rich briefings.
• Orchestrate strategic customer engagement with account teams, Marketing and leaders to prioritize engagements and shape objectives.
• Drive excellence across SICs and high-priority customer events by reviewing agendas, attendees and outcomes.
• Shape CBS industry and customer narratives by translating market and AI trends into compelling viewpoints and strategies.
• Serve as connective tissue across Salesforce, building relationships with Chiefs of Staff and leadership teams company-wide.
• Partner with the EVP’s Executive Assistant and Sales Strategy to ensure clear ownership across priorities and cadences.
• Orchestrate priority rhythms across strategic engagements and cross-OU initiatives to keep actions moving.
• Support CBS consumption orchestration by linking priorities, signals and leadership actions to accelerate adoption.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives for the EVP, bringing stakeholders together to move work to resolution.
• Represent the EVP in internal meetings with sound judgment and discretion.
