Salesforce is seeking a Chief of Staff for the EVP of Consumer & Business Services (CBS) to drive priorities, orchestrate executive engagements, and translate complex strategy into action.

The role requires 7+ years in strategy/operations, exceptional storytelling, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization. This hybrid position involves in-office three days per week and close collaboration with multiple teams across Salesforce.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, Chief of Staff, customer strategy or related roles.
• Outstanding executive storytelling and communication skills, including briefing documents and narratives for senior executives and customers.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to understand account context, business challenges and priorities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and lead through influence in a matrixed org.
• Exhibits excellent judgment, executive presence and discretion; knows what to elevate, delegate or deprioritize.
• Strong operational discipline and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Partner with the EVP on CBS priorities, translating strategy into action and driving focus, accountability and follow-through across the leadership team.
• Own executive briefing excellence, ensuring the EVP is prepared for internal, customer and industry engagements with concise, insightful briefings and clear asks.
• Orchestrate strategic customer engagement with account teams, Marketing and leaders to prioritize engagements and shape objectives and narratives.
• Drive excellence across SICs and high-priority customer events by reviewing agendas, attendees, executive roles and outcomes.
• Shape CBS industry and customer narratives by translating market, customer and AI trends into compelling POVs and engagement strategies.
• Serve as connective tissue across Salesforce, building relationships with Chiefs of Staff and leadership teams to stay ahead of enterprise priorities.
• Collaborate with the EVP’s Executive Assistant and Sales Strategy to ensure clear ownership of priorities and cadences.
• Coordinate EVP priority rhythms across customer engagement and cross-OU initiatives for alignment and progress.
• Support CBS consumption orchestration by linking priorities, customer signals and leadership actions.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives on the EVP’s behalf, bringing stakeholders together to move work forward.
• Represent the EVP in internal meetings with sound judgment and discretion.
