Job summary

Boxer Exteriors is seeking an Administrative Operations Supervisor/Manager to oversee administration, sales coordination, scheduling, customer follow-up, production support, and internal team accountability across roofing projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational and people-management skills to align multiple teams toward common goals.

You will work closely with ownership and leadership to keep operations organized, compliant, and profitable.

Qualifications

• Roofing/construction/contractor operations experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience required.
• Experience coordinating multiple roles (coordinators, sales support, crews).
• Strong understanding of roofing workflows: estimates, scheduling, permits.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities without reminders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable holding team members accountable professionally.
• Experience with CRM, task management, scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the support teams.
• Oversee daily workflows from lead intake to follow-up.
• Ensure tasks have clear owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate between sales, production, office, estimators, customers, vendors.
• Track jobs, estimates, customer communication, materials, permits.
• Identify bottlenecks and help build better SOPs and processes.
• Support leadership by preparing updates and priorities.
• Monitor team performance and elevate issues when needed.
• Improve customer experience with timely, professional communication.
• Maintain documentation in CRM and internal systems.
