Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside field crews, providing guidance as needed.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinate projects with the Project Manager.
• Use technology to update project schedules, provide daily logs to clients and process material/subcontractor purchases.
• Notify trade partners of project schedule forecasts and provide regular updates as the project progresses.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment meeting OSHA requirements.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Review job tracking regularly and identify any deficiencies.
• Create a list of project materials to be ordered.
• Schedule inspections as needed.
