Onehouse seeks a Chief of Staff, GTM & Business Operations to act as a force multiplier for the CEO and help scale the company through its next growth phase. The role blends GTM execution, executive support, external leadership with customers and partners, and broad business operations.

You will work across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum, owning day-to-day GTM execution and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• MBA required with strong strategic and operational focus.
• Experience supporting a CEO or executive team at a fast-growing company.
• Hands-on GTM operations, CRM systems, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Serve as right-hand to the CEO, prioritizing initiatives and enabling follow-through.
• Own GTM operations, align sales and marketing plans, and monitor pipeline health.
• Prepare board decks, executive readouts, and leadership materials.
