Taxwire is seeking a strategic operator to work closely with the CEO to scale the business. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build processes from zero to one, and shape the company’s operating cadence with rigorous financial modeling and execution discipline.

In this role you will become a trusted operator, driving high-priority projects and owning critical functions while maintaining focus on long-term company goals and rapid, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• You take ownership of messy problems, figure out the right answer, and ship solutions without waiting for directions.
• You have unusually high agency and take initiative when needed.
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can write or define processes.
• You can translate strategy into executable plans with the CEO.

• You have 3–5 years of professional experience in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Create leverage for the CEO and help the company operate at a higher level.
• Drive high-priority special projects from idea to completion.
• Build and own operational systems as Taxwire scales from zero to one.
• Own the company financial model, forecasts, and operating plan.
• Help run recruiting and build company reporting to measure progress.
• Improve basic systems and processes to enable scalable growth.
