Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in operations management with a proven leadership track record.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, managing warehouse and distribution across shifts.
• Develop and implement policies to improve operational performance and safety.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements and cost savings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an operations team across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with executives to align strategies with business objectives.
