Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in operations management with a proven leadership track record.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with CDI's business objectives.
• Oversee daily operations: day warehouse, receiving, distribution, and night warehouse teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across processes.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Provide regular reports to the executive team on performance and progress toward goals.
