Job summary

Performance Team seeks a seasoned operations leader to manage large-scale distribution center operations and drive development of company products and processes. You will oversee P&L, budget controls, staffing, and safety while coordinating with multiple functions to meet delivery commitments.

This full-time on-site role operates on the 2nd shift (12:30pm–9:30pm) in the United States. The position offers a salary range of $100,000–$110,000 with room to grow based on market conditions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years related experience and/or training; P&L experience highly desired.
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains distribution center operations plans including programs, P&L, and customer requirements.
• Provides input to customer relationship strategy and cost controls.
• Ensures cost, quality, and delivery commitments are met; coordinates with functions and suppliers.
• Trains staff on policies, procedures, and regulations; ensures on-site safety and compliance.
