Job summary

Lendistry is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the LIFT team, oversee policy administration, claims operations, customer service, and compliance. You will shape strategic operational roadmaps, collaborate with executive leadership, and drive scalable processes across the organization.

You will champion technology, automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement to deliver excellent service and growth while maintaining regulatory alignment across federal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Minimum of 7 years leading multiple teams and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of LIFT ensuring operational excellence.
• Sponsor and implement technology-driven solutions to scale operations.
• Develop and execute enterprise operational strategies with executives.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance to improve outcomes.
