Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions, a leader in digital wealth management technology, is seeking a VP, Head of Operations to drive strategic operations, oversee multiple departments, and lead AI-driven efficiency. The role focuses on scaling, governance, and collaboration with senior executives to align with growth and profitability targets.

The position requires extensive experience in financial services operations, licensing, and people leadership, with a hybrid work model in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
• 12+ years in a senior operational role within the financial services industry, custody and clearing experience preferred.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the operational strategy to support Apex Clearing Corporation’s goals.
• Lead AI-driven automation initiatives to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Oversee all operational functions to align with growth and profitability targets.
• Manage budgets in collaboration with the finance team and monitor key metrics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across operations.
• Develop leadership across the operations management team and mentoring programs.
