The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Lendistry Insurance Fulfillment Team (“LIFT”), ensuring operational excellence, scalability, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery across the organization. This role is accountable for developing and executing operational strategies that support the company's business objectives while building the infrastructure, processes, and teams necessary for sustainable growth.
As the operational leader for LIFT, the Vice President of Operations partners closely with executive leadership to establish operational priorities, optimize business processes, implement technology-driven solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position ensures that all operational functions—including policy administration, claims operations, customer service, compliance, vendor management, and other core business operations—operate efficiently and in alignment with the company's strategic vision.
The Vice President of Operations also fosters a high-performing, collaborative culture by developing operational leaders, managing organizational risk, and ensuring the company consistently delivers outstanding service to its customers, partners, and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with all applicable insurance regulations.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is as follows:
California: $180,000 - $200,000 annually.
Texas: $160,000 - $175,000 annually.

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
