Job summary

Lendistry is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead the LIFT organization, ensuring scalable, compliant, and customer‑centric service delivery across the company.

The role partners with executive leadership to set priorities, optimize processes, deploy technology solutions like Equisoft and NetSuite, and build strong operational teams through coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• 7+ years leading multiple teams and senior leaders within a complex organization.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of carrier's main operating system (Equisoft) on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee onboarding and daily operations of the carrier’s outsourcing firm (Sutherlands).
• Develop and execute enterprise operational strategies aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term business strategies, organizational priorities, and operational roadmaps.
• Develop leadership talent through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and performance management.
• Leverage technology, automation, and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and decision‑making.
