Job summary

Lendistry seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of the LIFT team, ensuring excellence, scalability, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

You will partner with executive leadership to set priorities, optimize processes, implement technology-driven solutions, and drive continuous improvement while aligning policy administration, claims, and customer service with the company’s strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• 7+ years leading multiple teams and senior leaders within a complex organization.
• Experience managing organizational change, strategic initiatives, and operational transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale operational functions with focus on growth and excellence.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or other operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and resource management.
• Proven success building high-performing teams and developing leaders.
• Experience leveraging technology solutions, automation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of enterprise operating plans and governance across departments.
• Develop and execute enterprise operational strategies and roadmaps; coach leadership and succession planning.
