The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Lendistry Insurance Fulfillment Team ("LIFT"), ensuring operational excellence, scalability, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery across the organization. The role is accountable for developing and executing operational strategies that support the company's business objectives while building the infrastructure, processes, and teams necessary for sustainable growth. As the operational leader for LIFT, the Vice President partners closely with executive leadership to establish operational priorities, optimize business processes, implement technology-driven solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position ensures that all operational functions—policy administration, claims operations, customer service, compliance, vendor management, and other core business operations—operate efficiently and in alignment with the company’s strategic vision. The Vice President also fosters a high-performing, collaborative culture by developing operational leaders, managing organizational risk, and ensuring the company consistently delivers outstanding service while maintaining compliance with all applicable insurance regulations.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is as follows: California: $180,000 – $200,000 annually. Texas: $160,000 – $175,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job‑related skills, experience, and state of residence.
