Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead clinical services in a LTACH, under the LTACH CEO.

The role emphasizes building a capable nursing staff, ensuring competency, and aligning with ANA Standards of Practice to deliver high-quality patient care. The CNO will drive organizational culture, manage staffing and budgets, and collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; MSN preferred or in progress.
• Current RN licensure in the state of the assigned hospital location.
• Minimum 3 years direct patient care in LTAC/acute care; LTACH experience desirable.
• Minimum 2 years nursing management experience (e.g., nurse manager, director, CNO).

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements operational standards, policies, and procedures for nursing care.
• Collects and analyzes data to assess clinical processes and patient care.
• Establishes an organized nursing service with proper chain of command; ensures RN supervision.
• Oversees staffing, budgets, and productivity to meet financial and care goals.
• Promotes quality and patient safety; integrates nursing services into QA/PI programs.
