Job summary

Global Teaching Partners, LLC seeks a senior sales leader to build and run a multi-brand new-business motion across five J-1 programs (TPG, ITES, Global, J1X, and HRC). You will design go-to-market strategies, stand up sales operations, and partner with marketing, operations, and AI teams to turn market insights into a scalable pipeline.

This leadership role reports to executive leadership, builds a national partner network with state Departments of Education and recruiters, and owns pricing

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively senior sales, growth, or GTM leadership.
• Experience building a new-business function from scratch and reporting to executive leadership or a board.
• Comfort leading multi-brand, differentiated go-to-market strategies.
• Hands-on CRM/RevOps chops and experience architecting pipeline automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a multi-brand new-sales motion across five J-1 programs.
• Stand up sales operations, forecasting, and deal-velocity infrastructure.
• Own marketing for the programs and integrate partnerships into pipeline.
• Develop a national partner network with state education departments and recruiters.
• Ensure compliance and placement quality while scaling growth.
