Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and provides personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time.
• Plans work for subordinates, sets and adjusts short- and long-term priorities, and prepares schedules.
• Plans, organizes, and directs Manpower Office operations; directs manpower studies, process improvement reviews, and workload analyses.
• Represents the Manpower Office to installation organizations, managers, commanders, directors, and HQ, and provides customer support.
