Job summary

Tactica Solutions, LLC. seeks a Program Analyst III to lead comprehensive manpower studies and force management initiatives for INSCOM's G-3 Force Management Branch.

You will drive data collection, analysis, and documentation to support operational effectiveness of EAC units, coordinating with MSCs and HQDA taskings. The role requires extensive workload and organizational analysis experience, familiarity with AR 570-4, and the ability to train Major Subordinate Commands in BSP creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of workload analysis, force management, or organizational structure analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• HTAR course or FA50 training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead manpower studies and force management efforts for INSCOM G-3 FM.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting; prepare briefs and reports.
• Develop Change Management Plans, TAA docs, and POAMs.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure deliverables meet contract thresholds.
• Prepare monthly MSRs, trip reports, and executive summaries.
