Job summary

First Roles' Front Office Group (FOG) Chief of Staff will manage and synchronize the FOG's strategic workflow, Knowledge Management infrastructure, Tasker Management system, and talent lifecycle processes to support the PAE C3BM ASE.

The role serves as principal advisor and coordinator for FOG activities, orchestrating external and internal taskings with partner organizations, and providing leadership oversight across Administrative, Business, Talent Operations, and Engagement domains.

Responsibilities

• Manage and synchronize FOG's strategic workflow, Knowledge Management infrastructure, Tasker Management system, and talent lifecycle processes to support PAE C3BM ASE.
• Serve as principal advisor and coordinator for FOG activities, orchestrating external/internal taskings and suspenses for the ASE Division.
• Provide comprehensive strategic oversight and cross-functional synchronization across Administrative, Business, Talent Operations, and Engagement domains.
• Brief senior division leadership on critical management operations, tasker performance metrics, and onboarding pipeline readiness.
