Responsibilities

• Responsible for civilian manpower authorizations, utilizations, and requirements; organizational analysis; mission evaluation and assignment; manpower utilization surveys.
• Addresses and evaluates manpower issues for the command in a worldwide scope, researching solutions across technical areas.
• Coordinates with NAF HR Office and leadership to provide required manpower, HR, and personnel support.
• Reviews methods, requirements, and mission of supported activities and recommends modifications.
