Help at Home in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead the enterprise security program, align with executive leadership, and advance risk management, regulatory compliance, and security operations across the organization.

You will own the security strategy and roadmap, oversee security operations and third‑party partners, drive incident response and business continuity, and champion AI governance and regulatory alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 12+ years of information security experience, including 3+ years leading security teams or programs.
• Hands-on in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise security strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee governance, risk management, security operations, and security metrics.
• Manage MSSPs, tooling partners, and third-party security providers.
• Oversee IAM, cloud security, application security, and data protection programs.
• Ensure security in SDLC and vendor relationships; align with HIPAA, SOX, and frameworks.
