Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer to own and evolve the enterprise security program. This executive role balances security strategy with technology and business, protecting the platform, agents, buyers, sellers, and sensitive data across every transaction.

You will lead a distributed security team, mentor staff, drive risk management initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Finance to embed security into the company's DNA.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical experience in software, systems, or security engineering with deep command of security architecture and CS fundamentals.
• 10+ years of senior security leadership experience within a global technology organization; ideally in a publicly traded company with international scope.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive a comprehensive, enterprise-wide information security and risk management program.
• Lead all critical security domains: incident response, application security, threat intelligence, monitoring and detection, security engineering, information governance, and product security.
• Establish and maintain SOX‑compliant internal controls and ensure CPRA compliance.
• Build and mature a distributed team of security professionals across time zones.
• Serve as the primary security voice to the Board, leadership, regulators, and external customers.
