Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead and advance the enterprise-wide information security program. This executive role oversees security operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, and AI governance to protect systems, data, and operations.

You will partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and senior leaders to mature the cybersecurity program. The role demands a hands-on leadership style, 12+ years in information security, and experience with SOX, HIPAA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 12+ years in information security with 3+ years leading teams or programs.
• Experience with security operations, incident response and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise security strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead day-to-day security operations, governance, risk management, and metrics.
• Oversee policy, AI governance, and compliance including HIPAA and SOX.
• Remediate weaknesses and strengthen IT general controls with internal audit support.
• Lead business continuity planning and incident response readiness.
• Manage third-party security risk assessments and vendor relationships.
