Job summary

Jobgether seeks a technology leader to direct the hospitality tech practice across the Americas and Europe, influencing hotels, casinos, restaurants, and food-and-beverage segments. You will build trusted executive relationships with client CIOs/CTOs and scale distributed teams with AI at the core.

You will drive multi-faceted business development from discovery through contract signing and shape portfolio success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership experience in hospitality or related services.
• Deep hospitality operations understanding across hotels, casinos, restaurants, and F&B.
• P&L ownership or demonstrated success growing major enterprise accounts.
• Experience delivering AI-native solutions and digital guest experiences.
• Proven ability to build and lead senior technical teams across locations.
• Comfort advising C-suite on cloud, cybersecurity, and architectures.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define the technology strategy for hospitality across the Americas and Europe.
• Develop executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs and senior decision-makers.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead distributed technology teams with AI at core.
• Drive complex sales opportunities from discovery to contract signing.
• Oversee revenue, profitability, utilization, capacity planning, and risk.
• Advance AI-powered industry solutions and reusable accelerators.
• Represent industry leadership through speaking engagements and publications.
