Job summary

AHC Hospitality seeks a visionary Vice President of Technology & AI to drive the enterprise AI strategy across hotels, restaurants, and resorts. The role integrates AI into guest experiences, revenue, operations, and people processes while ensuring governance and security.

Based in Grand Rapids, MI, this executive leads IT teams across properties in Michigan, Florida, and the British Virgin Islands, delivering reliable, compliant systems and scaling data foundations for AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with strategic planning and execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI, data, automation, or digital transformation initiatives from strategy through measurable adoption.
• Experience leading distributed or multi-site IT teams; multi-property hospitality experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise AI strategy and roadmap for guests, revenue, operations, and people processes.
• Redesign workflows around AI, scaling initiatives from pilot to measurable adoption.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools and platforms with a build-buy-partner approach.
• Establish metrics and ROI for AI initiatives; report on labor efficiency, revenue lift, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity across owned and managed properties.
