Job summary

Concessions International seeks a Head of Restaurant Technology to own the technology strategy across its airport and hospitality footprint. You will align guest experience goals with technology requirements, ensuring faster ordering, seamless payments, and reliable operations.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage vendor relationships, and drive innovations like AI-enabled ordering and IoT monitoring to elevate performance across 20+ sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for higher strategic responsibilities.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in relevant sectors.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year restaurant technology roadmap aligned with growth goals.
• Lead guest-facing tech initiatives from digital menus to mobile ordering and integrations.
• Own lifecycle of connected devices across locations, from procurement to decommission.
• Establish playbooks and standards for new openings and remodels.
• Ensure security, compliance, and network standards in coordination with IT teams.
• Drive vendor management, contract negotiations, and SLA governance.
