Daisy is seeking a VP of Marketing in New York to lead and scale the marketing function across brand, growth, communications, and demand generation. You will report to the CEO and partner with the executive team to define the company’s marketing vision and drive long-term growth.

The role requires building a high-performing team, accelerating AI-enabled marketing initiatives, and owning the marketing budget to maximize ROI as Daisy expands across NYC and beyond.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of marketing leadership experience in high-growth tech or tech-enabled firms.
• Proven track record building strategy, leading teams, and driving growth.
• Experience partnering with CEOs and executive teams to shape go-to-market plans.
• Hands-on with AI tools to enhance marketing and content creation.
• Strong branding, content, and communications focus; HubSpot or similar CRM experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, growth, and demand.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to define long-term growth.
• Build and scale a high-performing marketing organization.
• Lead AI adoption to boost speed, creativity, and efficiency.
• Shape Daisy's brand across website, messaging, and GTM channels.
• Develop integrated go-to-market plans to drive awareness and revenue.
• Oversee website optimization as a key channel.
• Create multi-format content to support awareness and revenue.
• Manage inbound leads with Sales to optimize routing.
• Use marketing platforms to measure and optimize programs.
• Set executive KPIs and ROI-focused performance metrics.
• Own budget, resources, and investment strategy.
• Advise CEO on brand strategy, market insights, and growth.
• Help shape future team structure and hire marketing talent.
