Job summary

Daisy, a fast-growing AI-powered property management company in NYC, is hiring a Director of Program Management. You will own cross-functional outcomes, define SLAs, create scalable processes, and map portfolio integrations to accelerate growth without a proportional rise in headcount.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead onboarding and training programs, design capacity models, and partner with product operations and engineering to encode processes into automation and AI agents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or related roles.
• Proven ability to own cross-functional programs.
• Strong data and metrics leadership.
• Experience with AI-driven operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the service standards and SLAs across departments and portfolios.
• Design and implement scalable workflows and SOPs.
• Oversee portfolio integrations and capacity planning for growth.
• Embed AI and automation in processes and training across teams.
• Lead onboarding and training programs for rapid operator ramp-up.
• Plan workforce scheduling and performance review cadence.
